Dream Sage
Dream Sage is an Apple Watch app designed to induce lucid dreams. Dream Sage uses Apple's Health & Fitness Data to track your sleep stages and play sounds to promote lucidity during REM sleep. While open to the public, its efficacy is currently being tested.
Requirements: iOS >16.1; watchOS >9.1; Due to heavy battery usage, the app works best with more recent Apple Watches.
Privacy Policy: Dream Sage collects Health & Fitness Data and transmits it to a remote server for real-time processing to aid in the functionality of the app. The data is also saved for offline analytics to improve the efficacy of the app. This data is not linked to you in any way.

Usage Instructions
After downloading the Dream Sage app for iPhone and Apple Watch, follow these step-by-step instructions when you are ready to go to sleep.
Make sure your iPhone is charging and the Apple Watch is fully charged.
Unmute your iPhone and set it to max volume.
Open the Dream Sage app on your iPhone and accept any requests asking to read data.
Click on the button saying “Press here when ready to sleep. After pressing, open watch app and press sleep”. Do not exit the app for any reason or turn off the phone. If you do exit the app, you will need to restart these steps.
Open the Dream Sage app on Apple Watch and accept any requests asking to read data.
Click on the button saying “Sleep”.
After 5 seconds, a water lock will enable automatically on the watch. This is to keep the screen from mistakenly being pressed while you are sleeping. If you want to exit the app for any reason, all you need to do is rotate the digital crown. If you exit the app after pressing “Sleep”, you will need to restart these steps.
IMPORTANT! Wait until the message “Waiting for connection” becomes “Running”. This should happen within 30-60 seconds of completing step 7. If it does not, relaunch the app on both the iPhone and the Apple Watch (make sure you press end on the Apple Watch and then terminate the app and press the sleep summary button on the phone and terminate the app). Repeat steps 1-6 until step 6 works and you see a 1 appear on the iPhone screen after 30-60 seconds after completing step 5.
Click on the "Training Audio" button. This will play an audio that will increase your chances at becoming lucid. Put your iPhone on a nightstand next to you and lie down. Follow the instructions given in the audio.
